Each stair and rail order moves through the ten distinct departments of our shop. Our experts in all facets of wood working craft and inspect each stair system to perfection.
The process begins with lumber selection. The wood specie of choice is carefully selected from hundreds of thousands of board feet of seasoned hard and soft woods. Both domestic and imported wood from around the world are stored in our warehouses.
Only the finest, clear materials are incorporated into our finished products. Rail selection is made from hundreds of component baluster, newel and rail profile options through a dozen specialty suppliers across the country.
Our dedicated staff utilizes over forty thousand square feet of manufacturing, warehouse and lumber yard space to maintain a year round consistent production schedule.
Each order is electronically tracked from inception to completion, at which time the components are labeled and prepared for shipment to your home or job site.
